Senior Night Nurse & Care Team Lead

Lent Rise Care Home in Burnham is seeking a Night Nurse to join the team for night shift coverage. You will be the senior nurse on site during nights, taking charge in emergencies and ensuring high standards of nursing and personal care for residents.

You will hold a current NMC PIN and play a lead clinical role, coordinating with GPs, hospitals and carers, while delivering, monitoring and adjusting care plans as needed. Flexibility for casual hours is also available.
