Support Worker in Haywards Heath — Flexible Shifts

Mencap in Haywards Heath is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team. You will assist individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and provide emotional support, helping them live independently. Our supported living service supports five individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy and specific dietary requirements.

You’ll work 37.5 hours across days, with an enhanced sleep-in rate where applicable. An enhanced DBS check is required.
