Day Nurse | Clinical Lead & Care Coordination

Caring UK is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership within our Barnsley-based care service. You will support the Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager, maintain currency of clinical skills, and ensure medicines are managed safely and in line with regulations.

You will lead the care team, develop and review care plans with service users and families, respond to emergencies, and safeguard the welfare of those we support.
