Care & Support Worker – Elderly & Dementia Care (NVQ2)

OSJCT Group in Grantham is seeking a Support Worker to help residents with daily routines, personal care and activities in a compassionate, respectful environment. You will also carry out light household duties to maintain a clean, comfortable home for residents.

Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care and a proven track record in elderly care. The role offers stable hours and opportunities to grow within a supportive, not-for-profit care setting.
