Barchester Healthcare in Alcester is seeking a Night Care Assistant to support residents during the 7pm–7am shift. You will help with daily activities, meals and companionship, following individual care plans and ensuring each resident receives one-to-one attention.
Full training is provided; weekend rotation is required. This role offers a chance to contribute to residents’ wellbeing within a supportive care home team.
