Care & Training Coach for Onboarding & Quality

Helping Hands is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner in Horley to coach new carers from interview to onboarding, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care and strong customer relationships.

You’ll train and mentor staff, assist with compliance and documentation, carry out spot checks, review care plans on visits, and support on-call duties as part of the branch team, with clear opportunities for growth within our nationwide care provider.
