Food Production Operative at our clients site, a food manufacturing company specializing in the end to end production of Lamb products. Butchery, Packing and Dispatch all onsite.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts

Monday to Friday

the hours of work are:

7am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

During your time as a Production Operative you will:

• Pick and package raw lamb meat while following the process outlined by the supervisors of the department.
• Sort and organise the packaged products into relevant client trays, pallets or areas.
• Ensure that the end product is suitable and to the standard upheld by quality control.

Please note that this is a very physical role and it involves heavy lifting (around 25kg)

• Maintain a culture of awareness and commitment to the highest standards of quality & food safety and as such they must lead by example and report any risks / concerns to Technical immediately
