Public Health Nurse for Looked-After Children & Young People

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Nurse for Children and Young People in Care. The role is based at Erlegh House, University of Reading, 24 hours per week.

You will assess health needs, contribute to care plans, and promote healthy lifestyles among looked-after children and their carers. Applicants should have experience with vulnerable children and multiagency partners, and be prepared to engage in audits and meetings to improve outcomes.
