Senior Community Mental Health Nurse – Home Visits (30hrs)

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the OCPU Community Mental Health Team covering the Gedling & Hucknall area. The role involves providing specialist assessments and interventions for older adults with dementia or cognitive impairment in community settings, delivering patient-centred care, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

The post is 30 hours per week, weekdays, with driving requirements.
