Job Description:
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) invites applications for Registered Nurses to deliver hospital-level care at home in East Dunbartonshire. The role involves assessing, planning, and managing care for acutely unwell patients at home, with support from a multidisciplinary team and a Lead ANP. Sept- temp travel between localities may be required.
