Deputy Nursery Manager — Lead Safeguarding & Team Growth

Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton Nursery is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional care and education. You will serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, oversee safeguarding policies and support staff development.

You will build strong partnerships with parents, colleagues and the Local Authority, contributing to nursery success through retention, occupancy growth and sound budget management.
