Empowering Youth Support Worker – Independent Living

New Appointments Group Ltd in Kent is recruiting Support Workers to join a dedicated Children’s Contracts team. You will manage your own caseload, provide practical and emotional support, and help young people as they transition into independent living across Kent.

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring a full UK driving licence and a commitment to travel across a wide geographic area. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Social Care (or willingness to work towards) is preferred.
