Peer Support Worker – Community Mental Health & Recovery

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Peer Support Worker (Band 3) to join the Blaby & Lutterworth Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. The role uses lived experience to inspire hope and support recovery, delivering companionship, guidance and recovery-focused care in community and clinic settings.

You will build respectful relationships, provide peer support while maintaining professional boundaries, help service users set recovery goals, and support them to overcome fears.
