Portering Operations Lead — Assistant Facilities Manager

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join the Portering Team. You will report to the Facilities Operational Manager and oversee portering staff, ensuring patient, goods and waste movements are efficient across St James Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary.

The role requires hands-on shop-floor presence, staff development, adherence to infection control policies and financial targets.
