Compassionate Domestic Assistant – Care Home Support

MHA at Torrwood care home in Wells is seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming home for residents. You will support wellbeing and infection prevention while respecting privacy and dignity.

Responsibilities include cleaning residents’ rooms and communal areas, following schedules, using COSHH-compliant equipment, and reporting faults. A flexible 7-day rota and DBS checks are part of the role, with training provided.
