Senior Care Assistant — Lead & Develop Care (Day Shifts)

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant for Walstead Place in Haywards Heath to lead and support the team in delivering daily care to residents. This full-time role (44 hours) includes day shifts from 8am to 8pm and alternate weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and employee discounts.

You will mentor junior staff, promote residents’ wellbeing, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture in a Good CQC home. Previous leadership experience in care is preferred.
