Welcome to Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder is responsible for high quality assessment of children and young people, including risk assessment and management, information gathering and formulating needs.
The role involves 1:1 therapeutic work within Solar and coordination with partner agencies to ensure integrated care. They will manage a defined caseload, promote recovery and inclusion, and ensure seamless transitions to other Solar teams.
