Compassionate Children’s Residential Support Worker

CareTech in Hartburn is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist children and young people in a residential setting. You will help with daily routines, meals, and activities while fostering a caring, secure home environment.

No prior care experience is required; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, customer service, education, sports coaching or community roles are welcomed. A full-time contract with induction and development is offered.
