Wirral Council is recruiting a Keyworker for the WALK team to support 0–25-year-olds with autism and/or learning disabilities. The role involves holistic work with young people and families, coordinating with professionals to reduce risks and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities include managing caseloads, supporting multi-agency collaboration, and organising Community Treatment Reviews when needed. DBS check and UK right-to-work are required; training on local systems will be provided.
