Pharmacy Technician

Currently we have an excellent opportunity for pharmacy technicians to join a specialist service focused on medicinal cannabis and cannabis-based medicinal products (CBPMs). You will work alongside pharmacists and the wider clinical and dispensary teams to support the safe, efficient and compliant supply of medicines. This is an on-site opportunity based in Bishop’s Stortford, near Stansted Airport.

Salary: £20 per hour, experience dependant

Position: Pharmacy Technician

Hours: Minimum of 4 days per week

Setting: Specialist Pharmacy / Medicinal Cannabis

Location: Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, near Stansted Airport

Your key responsibilities will be;

• Support the accurate preparation, processing and dispensing of prescriptions.
• Check prescriptions and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with the safe handling, storage and supply of medicinal products.
• Maintain accurate records in line with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and support medicine inventory management.
• Liaise with pharmacists and dispensary colleagues to resolve operational queries.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;

• Relevant pharmacy qualifications and registration appropriate to the role.
• Experience in a pharmacy, dispensary or regulated medicines environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
