The Role
As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build a specialist career within technology recruitment.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment where you’ll learn how to:
- Build and develop relationships with highly skilled technology professionals
- Identify and qualify candidates for international technology opportunities
- Develop new business and generate opportunities with clients
- Conduct consultative sales calls with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate salaries, day rates and commercial terms
- Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Build your own network, reputation and specialist market knowledge
- Become a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients
This is a telephone-led, business-to-business sales career. You’ll be expected to pick up the phone, have conversations, create opportunities and consistently deliver results. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, progress quickly and build a career in an international industry.
