The Squirrels is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, operated by Cygnet Group. This 42-hour-per-week Support Worker role involves 12-hour day shifts on a seven-day rota, with a mix of early and late starts and a focus on compassionate, person-centred care across the local community.
