Avenues Group is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to lead teams across two services in Meadowview, West Malling and Millfield, West Kingsdown. The role supports the Service Manager to deliver high-quality care that respects individuals’ preferences and rights.
You will recruit, coach and motivate staff, ensure compliance with CQC regulations, and maintain safe, person-centred support in line with policy. A full UK driving license is required.
