South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Merton Home Treatment Team (HTT) in a permanent 0.5 WTE (18.75 hours) Band 8a post based at Wilson Hospital.
The successful candidate will work as a senior autonomous clinician within an experienced multidisciplinary team, providing advanced assessment and care for people experiencing acute mental health crises in their own homes where possible.
