Night-Shift Support Worker for At-Home Complex Care

Active Assistance in Solihull is recruiting a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care to a gentleman in his own home. You will support independence, build meaningful relationships, and deliver care tailored to his aspirations and preferences.

The role includes night shifts, 7pm–7am, with full-time hours available and a flexible, zero-hours element. A full driving licence and a willingness to drive the client’s vehicle are required.
