Job Description:
North East Help Limited is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers for its supported accommodation service for young people aged 16–18. You will provide person-centred support, helping them build confidence, practical life skills and independence, while maintaining safeguarding oversight and contributing to risk assessments and safety plans.
You will also work with Social Workers and other professionals, maintain accurate records and handovers, and handle sleep-in shifts and weekend
