Senior Residential Worker – Trauma-Informed Youth Advocate

Barnardo’s is seeking a Senior Residential Worker to help open a new home in Bromley. You will lead shifts, build trusted relationships with children and young people, and model trauma-informed care based on the PACE framework.

You will contribute to safeguarding, care planning, and the development of a reflective team, ensuring every child feels safe, valued and heard within a nurturing residential setting.
