We are currently recruiting for a skilled Social Worker – Standard (Adults) to join a dynamic team on a short-term contract basis. PAYE – £25.00 per hour | Limited/Umbrella – £32.82 per hour

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload independently, applying your post-ASYE skills to complex cases.
• Conducting safeguarding enquiries under Section 42 of the Care Act 2014.
• Using legislation such as The Care Act (2014), The Mental Capacity Act (2005), and The Mental Health Act (2007) to ensure statutory compliance.
• Carrying out high-quality assessments, managing cases requiring complex or specialist care.
• Identifying risks, implementing measures to manage them, and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Leading multi-disciplinary and multi-agency meetings to promote integrated care.
• Supporting and mentoring less experienced team members, students, and apprentices.
• Promoting the welfare and safeguarding of adults in our client.
• Engaging effectively with adults, families, and relevant agencies to ensure collaborative decision-making.
• Maintaining accurate records in line with professional and organisational standards.
• Contributing to team well-being, supervision, and mandatory training.
