Diabetes Care Specialist Nurse (Part-Time GP Practice)

Pembroke Road Surgery in Clifton is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse with specialist knowledge in diabetes management (Type 1 and Type 2). This role is part-time within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for patients with diabetes to complement the practice’s treatment room services.

You will be integral to delivering patient-centered care as a member of the nursing team, alongside GPs, Pharmacists and other allied health professionals.
