Relief Support Worker: Caring, Impactful Key Worker

Swanway, a Creative Support service in Gateshead, is looking for Relief Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities and other needs in a 12-apartment supported living setting. You’ll provide personal care, support with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

You will work as a Key Worker, building trusting relationships and supporting people to pursue their dreams and ambitions in a flexible relief role with weekly pay.
