Youth Health Coach – Mental Wellbeing & Employment Support

Sovereign & Bale is seeking an experienced Health Coach to support young people facing health-related barriers to employment in Croydon and surrounding areas. You will provide tailored one-to-one coaching and small-group sessions, in person and remotely.

The role focuses on mental health, neurodiversity, anxiety management and practical wellbeing strategies, with a multidisciplinary team to enable progression into sustainable employment.
