Compassionate Care Assistant — Flexible Shifts & Benefits

Bupa is seeking a motivated Care Assistant for Aston Court Care Home in Sutton Coldfield. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, assist residents with daily activities, and work closely with the care team to support residents’ wellbeing.

Full-time, permanent contract with day and night shifts, including alternate weekends. Training on digital care tools will be provided to enhance efficiency and resident care.
