Youth Residential Care & Support Specialist

Esland Group in Preston is seeking a Residential Department role to support young people and build a lasting career. You will work within a caring team, promoting safety, education access, and personal development for each young person.

The role requires a UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and a compassionate, patient and resilient approach to childcare. A 48-hour shift pattern includes sleep-ins and paid breaks, with extensive induction and ongoing training.
