LGBTQ+ Refuge Support & Case Worker

Stonewater is seeking a Specialist Case Worker to provide informed, person-centred support to members of the LGBTQ+ community accessing Brighton Refuge. You will manage a caseload, using a strengths-based approach to help residents articulate aspirations and achieve potential.

As Brighton Refuge ambassador, you will handle referrals, safety planning, and collaborate with local LGBTQ+ charities and statutory services to ensure safe, interlinked support.
