Senior Care Assistant (Nights) – Flexible Hours & Growth

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant Nights at Cathedral Care Centre to lead and develop a team of care workers, delivering high standards of care with dignity and encouraging residents’ independence.

You will support the Manager, step in during their absence, and help create a warm environment that respects residents’ rights. NVQ3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it, plus experience in residential or nursing homes and medication administration, are desirable.
