Compassionate Registered Manager (Care Home)

National Care Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Apple House in Christchurch, Dorset. The role is full-time (40 hours) at Apple House Care, with a salary of up to £37,000 per year.

The manager will be visible, build trusted relationships and ensure every person is supported to live a meaningful life on their own terms. The successful candidate will lead a seven-day service, maintain high-quality, person-centred support, and ensure governance, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
