Empowering Youth: Residential Support Specialist

Progressive Independence Limited seeks dedicated Residential Support Workers to help children and young people with emotional, social and practical needs, fostering independence and positive outcomes. You will support education, activities, hobbies and daily routines in a safe, nurturing home environment.

Role requires a Level 3 qualification, at least 12 months’ experience in a children’s home, a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and an Enhanced DBS check.
