Bank Recovery Support Worker – Independent Living

Lifeways seeks compassionate staff to join Coach House in Morecambe, Lancashire, providing person-centred, recovery-focused support to adults with mental health needs. You’ll help residents build life skills, gain independence, and live safely in supported accommodation.

Shifts run 8:00am–10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with sleep-ins and flexible hours. No sponsorship offered. We provide full training, DBS support, and a values-driven team environment to grow professionally.
