Job Description:
Fair Ways is seeking a committed Support Worker for Garden House, a residential children’s home for ages 6–14. You will work on a rolling 2 on / 4 off rota with sleeps, starting 07:30 and finishing 22:00, in a structured, nurturing environment designed to help children reach their potential.
Applicants must have a full driving license, access to a car, and be able to provide a DBS and right to work in the UK. DBS cost is covered by Fair Ways; visa sponsorship is not available.
