Community Clinical Support Worker Higher Level – Band 3

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Support Worker Higher Level – Community (Band 3) to work at Cockermouth Community Hospital. The role offers 54 hours across shifts 07:00-19:30 and 19:00-07:30.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex needs, promote independence and aid discharge from hospital. The post provides an opportunity to develop clinical skills in community care and long-term condition management.
