Remote Monitoring Nurse – Clinical Lead (Level 2/3)

The NHS North Hampshire Urgent Care remote monitoring service is seeking a Remote Monitoring Service Nurse/Paramedic to join a growing team delivering level 2/3 remote patient monitoring across North Hampshire. You will provide clinical oversight and support while coordinating care with GPs and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include onboarding/discharging Level 3 patients, responding to platform alerts, guiding non-registered clinicians, and promoting self-care.
