Disability Support Worker — Empower Choice & Skills

Conwy County Borough Council is hiring a Day Service Support Worker in Conwy. You will support individuals with learning and physical disabilities to exercise choice, control and have their voices heard, helping them develop skills for their longer term future.

This permanent, full‑time, field-based role involves working with service users in the community to promote independence and wellbeing, within the Disability Confident framework.
