Youth Housing & Support Services Manager | Flexible Hours

Right There is seeking a Service Manager in Ayr to lead a safe, person-centred housing support service for young people facing homelessness. You will supervise a team, shape support planning and ensure delivery meets contractual and quality standards.

You’ll report to the Locality Manager, collaborate with local authorities and partners, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a compassionate, values-led approach. The role offers full-time hours and a permanent contract.
