Hours: 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern.
We are looking for a reliable Packing / Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently and to customer specifications.
Key responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packing machinery.
Pack products to quality and customer standards.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
Carry out line cleaning and changeovers.
Monitor production efficiency and report any issues.
Minimise waste and maintain accurate production records.
Follow all Health & Safety and company procedures.
Support and train new team members when required.
Previous experience in a packing, production or machine operator role is desirable, but full training will be provided where required.
