You will work alongside experienced engineers, learning the practical skills and the knowledge required to build a successful career in engineering. Opportunity to develop your understanding of engineering processes, tools, equipment, materials and workplace procedures, while contributing to the day-to-day activities of the business.

• Assist experienced engineers with day-to-day engineering activities
• Learn to use engineering tools, equipment and machinery safely and correctly
• Develop practical engineering skills and an understanding of technical drawings
• Learn about engineering materials, components, manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate with colleagues
• Develop problem-solving, fault-finding and attention-to-detail skills
• Complete apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments on time
