Electrical Lead Engineer — Field & Mentorship

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Lead Engineer – Electrical to take technical leadership of electrical services across our Lincolnshire teams. You will perform repairs, installations and testing, while coaching colleagues and supporting apprentices to develop skills and achieve End Point Assessments.

You will drive high standards, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with Learning & Development to promote best practice across Platform Property Care.
