Interim Building Surveyor, Dudley Council

Rates

£22.27 (PAYE) or £29.13 (Umbrella).

Key Requirements

• Housing Repairs – experience across Housing Associations and or Local Authorities delivering responsive repairs, voids, damp & mould , property condition surveys ,Disrepair and contractor management from diagnosis through to completion
• Line management experience with multi-disciplinary craft trades
• Contractor & Stakeholder Management – Experienced in raising specifications and works orders, supervising in-house and external contractors, pre and post inspections, working collaboratively with housing, asset management, and maintenance teams to deliver high-quality resident-focused outcomes
• Housing Legislation – Experienced and demonstrable understanding of Disrepair/Awaab’s law /HHSRS methodology and associated legislation
