Grounds, Maintenance & Hot Tub Supervisor (Internal)

About the Role

You will lead and support the team responsible for grounds maintenance, general repairs and hot tub operations across the park.

This is a hands‑on role. Alongside organising daily workloads, you will help keep outdoor areas well presented, facilities maintained and hot tubs clean, safe and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the grounds, maintenance and hot tub team.
• Plan and prioritise daily workloads.
• Oversee grass cutting, landscaping and general grounds upkeep.
• Ensure hot tubs are cleaned, maintained and prepared for guest arrivals.
• Monitor and record water quality and chemical levels in line with procedures.
• Carry out regular inspections, routine maintenance and minor repairs, escalating specialist work where needed.
• Ensure health and safety procedures, safe equipment use and chemical handling practices are followed.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange maintenance supplies as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and work with other departments.
• Train and support colleagues to maintain consistent standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in grounds maintenance, general maintenance or a similar practical role.
• Previous supervisory experience, or the ability to lead, organise and motivate a team.
• Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• An understanding of hot tub maintenance and water treatment, or a willingness to undertake training.
• A strong awareness of health and safety.
• A reliable, proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
