Job Description:
BARNTEMP is seeking a Production Line Leader to supervise day-to-day production activities in Harrow. You will lead production line operators to meet daily targets while ensuring quality standards, health & safety and 5S compliance.
You will manage machinery, line performance and changeovers to minimise downtime, report delays, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement. Prior manufacturing leadership experience is essential.
