Assistant Site Manager – Residential New Build (Ongar)

ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a permanent role in Ongar, Essex. You will support the Site Manager in day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme and to NHBC standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior residential developer or housebuilder experience, a minimum Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision or equivalent, and a strong understanding of traditional build methods.
